We are proud to introduce our new Check-in module for our Montage Interactive Display Users. Now you can check-in your clients, assign a room, assign a doctor and keep real-time status of Exam Room activity. Your “Welcome Message” appears on each Montage Display with Client name, pet name, doctor and doctor bio. A tablet tracks the status of each room…occupied, to be prepped and available. Our Management Display displays the status of each room in real time as well.

The simple to use Check-in App allows each user to customize the settings so the information is specific to your practice process. The User Interface is very graphic and can be completed within seconds of Client Arrival. The one-time set-up is simple and most of the information required such as doctor photos, bios and rooms already exist in ANDI, our CMS. Customized greetings that appear on your Montage Board, and a few other settings are all that is necessary to activate the system.
The Greeting that appears on each Exam Room Montage Display can be selected from the defaults or you can create your own.
The Tablet is dynamic and simple to install and utilize. Each step in the client visit requires a simple touch to start and touch to finish. If no rooms are available when a client arrives…they are placed on the Waiting List. Once the exam is completed and the room is cleaned a notification appears at the reception desk advising that a room is ready for assignment.
Your Montage Board automatically displays a Personalized Welcome Message along with a photo and short bio of the doctor assigned to that Patient Exam. Clients are graphically instructed to feel free to navigate the Montage Board while they wait. Occupying the client’s time avoiding restless anxiety while waiting.
The Management Display Board displays in real-time each room and the status of that room.
Analytical Reporting: A log of times taken at each step is compiled and reports can be generated for average wait times, doctor visit time, etc.
This new version of Montage includes most of the features of Montage Interactive but eliminates the need for our wall mounted touch display. You can mount the iPad on the wall of your exam room, secure it on the countertop or carry it with you to each exam.
